Service & Pricing Overview
LLC Formation services include: (a) Name availability search, (b) Articles of Organization, (c) communication with secretary of state, (d) processing of all filing paperwork, (e) obtaining an EIN for the LLC and (a) a standardized LLC Operating Agreement. LLC formation pricing is not inclusive of state filing fees, which vary by domicile. Amounts required to cover state filing fees will be separately invoiced. The fee for the foregoing services is $500. You will have the option to select additional services during the checkout process, including: Registered Agent Services, S-Corp Election, C-Corp election, PLLC, and CPA Consultation.

The registered agent address must be a physical location (not a PO box) within the LLC's domicile state at which a person is present throughout business hours. If you have a physical presence within the your LLC formation state that meets those requirements, that address can be used. - By checking this box you authorize ReSure to collect the fees for the services selected and acknowledge and agree to the following: Under the terms of these services ReSure LLC, its management, and related companies are not acting as attorneys, legal professionals, fiduciaries, or tax advisors to your business. It is agreed that ReSure’s responsibility for damages, or claims of damage, arising from any form of action other than gross negligence, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services invoiced. This shall be the exclusive remedy for such causes of action. Either party may bring no action, regardless of form, arising out of the services provided under this agreement, more than one year after the date of the last service provided under this agreement. Any dispute related to services provided shall be settled by arbitration in Kings County, New York according to the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration is final and binding on the parties. The parties are waiving their right to seek remedies in court, including the right to a jury trial. The laws and jurisdiction of the state of New York shall govern any and all matters related to this agreement.
