A solo business has 2 components: (1) business activity and (2) no non-owner employees in that business or any related business. If you or your spouse have employees in any business that you own, professional advice should be sought prior to establishing a Solo 401k.

What is the Bespoke process?

Through ReSure’s secure portal, schedule your kick-off call. You’ll be provided as many calls as needed to select the retirement account structure. Sometimes it’s quick and straightforward; other times, reaching a decision entails multiple calls and extensive discussion. The flat fee structure allows you to take your time and ask as many questions as needed.
Once a structure is selected, ReSure will set it up for you. If there will be an ERISA QRP established (e.g., in the case of a non-solo business, outside TPA services will be introduced.)
Is Bespoke for me?
Bespoke may be for you if you are – or may be – a non-solo business owner.
Bespoke might be for you if you are actively investing directly in hard-assets, such as real estate (as opposed to investing as a limited partner, or LP.)
What is a "non-solo business?"
A non-solo business is one which either has its own non-owner employees or is treated by the IRS being the employer of the employees of a related business. Common cases in which this arises are when an investor owns multiple businesses or the investor’s spouse has employees.
